DAY ONE

Welcome to the rest of your life! This Fuel Challenge is off to an amazing start with 80 people registered and raring to go.  This is going to be awesome! Super proud of our focused, hard working members and how they chase after their goals.


FOOD

Sure meat is more expensive than cereal, but you get what you pay for.  It is possible to eat paleo/primal and not break the bank.  The key is to plan ahead and get creative.  Whole9 has a great guide to the grocery store.


RECIPES

Here are some helpful recipes to get you started, as well as a few more.  Feel free to post your own tasty recipes to the Goggle group as well (if you have not received the invite email me and Ill add you).

  4. When this challenge is over, is anyone interested in doing a clothes swap? It's a fun way to get some new clothes, reuse some old ones you don't wear anymore, and maybe some people will have clothes that don't fit so well anymore.
