Day 10!

How's it going?

As we review your first week of food logs we have noticed a trend.  A lot of you are not eating enough.  (You didn't see that one coming did you?)  By now you should have received feedback from your coach.  What suggestions did they make? How can you apply those suggestions this week? Take a moment to consider how you might make that happen.  It is likely a small tweak but could make all the difference in the world.

Next, take a moment and think about how you are feeling overall.  How are your energy levels? Do you feel different than you did when you started the challenge.  If you get a chance, jot these notes down.  We will revisit them later in the week.

Keep up the great work! You are worth it!
