Day 2

Welcome to day 2. How are things going? Your points for day 1 seem to be right on target.  Nice work! The facebook page is hopping with lots of awesome questions and you guys are doing a great job of supporting each other.  What a great community we have (and a smart community too :) )


Here is a sample food log for your reference.  Please try to be specific and use quantities whenever possible.  Your diligence will help us give you more accurate and targeted feedback.

Sample Food Log:

  • Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup peppers, 1/4 cup tomato salsa
  • Lunch: 2 chicken thighs, 1 cup broccoli, 1 tomato, 1 avocado
  • Post workout: SFH protein with coconut water
  • Dinner: 2 cups mixed greens, 8 oz ahi tuna, 1/4 cup mango, 2 oz sunflower seeds, 6 black olives, 5 cherry tomatoes
