Day 6

You did it! You got through your first work week of the new year AND you gave your body the fuel it needed to get through it.  Well done! 

Try to get out and play this weekend.  Throw a ball, hike a mountain and play in the snow (if you can find any).  Make some time to shop for and prep next weeks food.  Cynthia shared an awesome resource for Whole9 that will serve you well on your hunting and gathering excursion.  This seasonal produce guide is a great way to save money (by shopping in season) and shop safely (know when organic is absolutely necessary).  Enjoy!

    2 food (had wine and some appetizers in restaurant where I found it impossible to stick to the rules).
    Hard to get 8hrs of sleep, I usually wake up after 7 hrs and dont sleep anymore. So never get to log points for that :(

    Since I haven't been able to attend crossfit for the past few days. I've been practicing for my physical agility test in a month.
