Day Nine

How you feeling? What have your energy levels been like? I get a chance to see some of you daily but others not as much.  Let me know how you are doing.  If things are going well for you let me know but please also reach out with questions and concerns.  Have you heard from your partner recently? If not, touch base and see how they are doing.  We are all in this together.  

CrossFit NZ put together an awesome Paleo flow chart that has been making the rounds on Facebook today.  It is very relevant so I thought I would share it here as well.  


Keep up the great work! Log those points and stick with it.  You are nearly halfway there!

  4. Hey, I found this article (relating to yesterday's post). Pretty hard on the Paleo plan...

    "U.S. News evaluated and ranked the 25 diets below with input from a panel of health experts. To be top-rated, a diet had to be relatively easy to follow, nutritious, safe, and effective for weight loss and against diabetes and heart disease. The government-endorsed Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) snagged the top spot."

    1. Read it and forwarded to Mark Sisson. See what he says about it. With my experience in usability testing, I would say they have to provide all the facts and test cases to make such a claim on this list. Im figuring most people never heard of it so it ranked low. That in itself would make me click no in a survey. Glad it made the top 24 though! Every diet on that list has some good in it. Mark would argue its a lifestyle and less of a diet.

    BTW< SHOULDNT WE GET POINTS FOR REST DAYS FROM WODS? IF YOU WOD OR WORKOUT DAILY THATS COUNTER PRODUCTIVE EVEN WITH THE 8 HOURS OF SLEEP. I MAY BE OVERTRAINING SO I WANT SOME POINTS FOR MY REST DAYS :(
