Day 7!



HIGH FIVE!!!  Week one is complete!! Nicely done.  Keep up the great work! It's time to submit your food log to your coach.  Please total your points for the week and send a comprehensive copy to your assigned coach.  Please do so by the end of the day Saturday.
Next, take some time for yourself this weekend, turn off the computer and play.  Marks Daily Apple did a great post on playing.  For some of you that may mean you need a little help to turn off the computer/cellphone/tablet.  Start by getting a great team workout Saturday morning and keep up the play for the rest of the day.  Enjoy!
