Game On!!

You guys are AWESOME!!! Way to come out and hit it hard today.  Super proud of all of you.  Murph is no joke! For those of you that couldn't make it out today, we missed you but are glad you are in this with us.

We have 75 people currently registered for the NorCal CrossFit Fuel Challenge.  Your hard work and desire to better yourselves is pretty darn inspiring. It's going to be a great ride! Giddy up!

    On Jan 5th, I received 6 points. I followed my level diet and also slept 9 hours and worked out at Crossfit. I will post my Jan 6th points tomorrow.
