It's a new day!!
I just wanted to take a moment and tell you guys how awesome you are. Every time I read one of your emails about the challenge I am inspired and moved by your growth and passion. You guys really get it and it's awesome!
For those of you that haven't had a chance to submit your final recap no worries, you have until Wednesday. As a quick reminder it needs to include the following:
- Challenge Recap: In order to be considered for the top three you need to have met all the stipulated requirements and submit a Challenge Recap by next Wednesday. Please send the recap to dana@norcalcrossfit.com. The recap should include the following:
- A full food log for Jan 5- Feb 2.
- Point total
- Before & after measurements, photos
- A couple paragraph writeup on what you learned/gained/lost on the challenge.
