Day 28!

We are nearly there!!! We are so proud of you guys for working hard and staying focused.  Couple reminders as we round the bend to the finish line.



  • Benchmark WOD: Tomorrow we will meet for the retest of the benchmark WOD.  You can do this at any one our gyms tomorrow.  If you cannot make it, please contact a coach and schedule a time to make it up before next TUESDAY.  
  • Food Logs:  Don't forget to submit your final food logs to your coach tomorrow.  
  • Challenge Recap: In order to be considered for the top three you need to have met all the stipulated requirements and submit a Challenge Recap by next Wednesday.  Please send the recap to dana@norcalcrossfit.com.  The recap should include the following:
  1. A full food log for Jan 5- Feb 2. 
  2. Point total
  3. Before & after measurements, photos
  4. A couple paragraph writeup on what you learned/gained/lost on the challenge.
