As we wrap up 2013, it is a great time to take stock of our lives, our health, and our goals. How are things different for you today than we they were last year? Here are a few things to consider:
- General Well-being
- On a scale of 1-10 how do you feel on a daily basis?
- Sleep Quality
- How often do you wake up at night?
- How long does it take for you to fall asleep?
- How do you feel when you wake up?
- Sleep Quantity
- How do you feel throughout the day? well rested or sleepy?
- Digestion/Gut
- Do you experience stomach cramping or any other distress after eating?
- Do you have heartburn or acid reflux?
- Stress Levels
- What factors in your life cause you stress? How often are you stressed?
- Food Quality
- How often do you take in toxic substances (diet coke, processed foods etc)?
- How often do you eat vegetables?
- Do you get high quality protein?
- Body Mass
- When was the last time you checked your muscle to fat ratio? Is it in a healthy range?
