1/27 - 6 points (mindlessly had pea soup forgetting it was a legume)
1/28 - 6 points (just under 8 hours sleep)
1/29 - 6 points (well deserved ribs at a Japanese restaurant after NorCal 40s but most likely had some soy/sugar in marinade)
1/30 - close it off with 7 points.
Only two cheats the whole time both in those last few days. Oh well.
Oops, I just made a mistake.

Just totaled my points on my spreadsheet. A total of 204 points for the 30 days (so daily average of 6.8). It will be interesting to see if the measurements have changed by much.

Was our 2nd year wedding anniversary so we ate some things we shouldn't have at dinner; otherwise, ate well the rest of the day.
