Day Twenty-Six


Here is a great video with Matt Lalonde- Ph.D Harvard University Chemistry and Chemical Biology discussing the science behind the paleo diet.  It is a bit longer but worth the time.  Let me know what you think.  Also thanks for sharing the video Badier, very informative.
